That's a mechanical Intermatic timer, and it must have an indexing system. I assume you live in Florida, as there are many of those timers there.
The wiring process is quite simple. ImoLaza provides a power adapter, so you can leave the wires on the right side alone. However, if you have an enclosure, then connect those three wires (don't forget the ground wire) to the ImoLaza adapter. Finally, connect the wires leading to the valve to the COM and M terminals. Also, remember to enable the Well/Pump Start Relay port in the app.
Lastly, set the Delay Between Zone while creating a schedule.
