For all of my dear customers you need to transfer ownership, here is how you do that.
Navigate to Settings - Controller Settings - Transfer Ownership, and transfer.
And, if you just want to grant access, here is how.
Navigate to Settings - Controller Settings - Device Access Management, then grant.
