There was a power outage and when it came back, the Imolaza controller shows offline, I reset it several times, unsuccessfully. I reached out to tech support who told me to reset router, and turn off ad pop up blocker, then reset device and try. did that but didnt work. removed the device from the account and deleted the app. re-added the app, it recognized the controller, but when connecting, it would show 'finding device, with progress bar, then time out indicating no device was found. I even set the eero to suspend 5g signal so only 2.4g available. still not connected. will go from bottom right solid blue, and bottom left flashing green, to bottom solid blue and left top flashing green, but wont get past that. PLEASE HELP!! I've been trying to connect for the past week.
