controller won't connect to app

This Imolaza controller is going offline after 10 min and it is not reconnecting until I power cycle, and it says connected for 10 min. What to do.

Please rule out the wifi signal problem. Is it possible to put the router nearby?

Wi-Fi signal can not be the problem, cause the extender is right next to the controller, it came to my home with the controller. What's your next excuse? Honestly, I'm not happy with this product, it seems to go offline like on a daily routine, please advise.

Make sure the Wi-Fi name and password of the extender are NOT the same as those of your main router. If they are the same, your device might be connecting to the main router’s Wi-Fi instead of the extender’s. Check to confirm that your device is actually connected to the extender’s Wi-Fi network.
