Can't find new verison in google store

I received a notification within the app for a newer version, but it is not available in my Google Play Store. I am currently in Canada.
Where can I get the update and run it manually?

This is not easy it will change all the shipping address, banking info for mobile tranzactions and many others.
I am in the same boat. I am using ImoLaza but there is no support or updates available for Canadian Google Store. Can someone, please, send us the 2.1.2 .apk ?
