Just starting up for the spring and setup the imolaza. The device does not find my home wifi and will not connect. I have unplugged the unit, deleted and reinstalled the app. What other suggestions?
David Hogg Hi, please make sure you're connecting to a 2.4ghz wifi not a 5ghz one, and reset the controller every time before proceeding.
Imolaza Yeah, I turned off the 5ghz but still no luck. And pressed the button 10 seconds before adding. No change was made to the eero router; it seemed like all of a sudden, the controller fell offline and never came back online.
David Hogg Have you tried the guest wifi or turn off the advanced security? These usually do the trick.
