Whenever a watering cycle starts my controller shuts (no LEDs) off and goes offline until I reboot it by unplugging it an plugging it back in. After the reboot all looks fine until another cycle is run and the same result occurs.
I've gone through some troubleshooting and noticed that when I disconnect the master valve the controller will NOT reboot - but of course there is no watering that occurs when I do this. As long as the master is plugged into the controller the same shutdown problem occurs, even with no zones connected.
I've only had the controller for 2 weeks and this didn't occur initially. Do I have a defective controller? Some kind of wiring issue? Or something else?
