Controller went off suddently

Hello everyone, unfortunately, I have to bring a bad news.

I just got my first Imolaza smart controller recently. I have an ancient hunter in my house that has served me well for many years and worked well, but I think it's time to move on to a new era. So I bought the Imolaza.
The first time I used Imolaza I was very shocked, I never thought watering could be this easy. I've been using Imolaza for a month and I'm very happy with it. However, just yesterday, I happened to notice that the indicator light of the device went off. I tried resetting the device, but it didn't work, so I unplugged it, waited a while, and then plugged it back in, and then the controller miraculously returned to normal. Unfortunately, today I found the same thing happening with the controller again.

Second, so you mean it runs normally every morning for a while, then it goes off? Do you have a schedule that runs every day in the morning?

fox77 Seems I am not clear enough, it's not a bad indicator. When I re-charge it, it works like usual, flashing blue light, so definitely not a light issue. Oh, it runs normally every morning for a while. And then it goes off. Not sure if that helps.

OK, then it's not the indicator light. Only my netro has this problem, one day the light suddenly stopped coming on.

Actually, all the schedules run in the morning. I have a total of two schedules, one starts at 6:00 and one starts at 7:00. Since then, the schedule started at 7 and never runs again.

Sometimes, the light goes off means there's a short circuit somewhere. I think your device just has a short circuit.

No way, that's not possible. my controller has not burned. as I mentioned, it still flashes when I recharge it. I also came close to smelling it, no smell of burning. I don't think that's the reason.

Just because a short circuit occurs does not mean it will burn out the controller. Many instruments are short-circuit protected. Maybe Imolaza does.

randy38 You can't blame the controller without figuring out the problem, that's disrespectful. A short circuit happening anywhere is not necessarily the controller's problem. You can "quick run" those two schedules separately to check if the short circuit happens again.

I have separately given the two schedules quick runs. When the first schedule had been running for about 10 minutes, the light went off. I then unplugged it, waited a while and plugged it back in, just like before. Then I ran a quick run schedule for my front yard on the app and magically the schedule ran normally for 20 minutes and then ended.

I'm already dizzy and I don't know if this is a short circuit problem, please help me.

randy38 I think it's pretty clear that something goes wrong with your zone3 or port3. Check if your port3 is loose or damaged. If not, check your zone 3's solenoid valve.
