If you encounter network problems at the first adding. Here are a few common solutions for you.
- Grant both Bluetooth and Location permissions.
- Remember to reset the device, and when adding the device, make sure your phone is within 10 feet of the device.
- Ensure that the device is within the WiFi range. Place the router closer to the controller if possible.
- Please try adding it with a tablet or an Android phone.
- If you have dual-band WiFi, separate it into two WiFi networks, name them differently, and then connect to the 2.4GHz one.
If you encounter network problems after having it for a while. You can try these below.
- Restart the controller: Unplug and then plug it back in.
- Power cycle the router: Unplug and then plug it back in.
- If you have recently changed your wifi password or replaced your router, please update the WiFi settings under "Settings" - "Controller Settings" - "Update WiFi Settings."
