Confused on the zone attributes

I'm new to ImoLaza; my old Rain Bird sprinkler system has been working fine for the past twenty years. My son got me this new one last week and set it up for me, saying it would make things more convenient. The app looks pretty user-friendly, but when it came to setting up the different zones, I got a bit confused. There are so many technical terms like application rates and allowed depletion that I didn't have to deal with on my old system. Could you offer me some guidance?

All the values you see are the default values, I can just figure out the plant type and the area size, please help

The RAD and CC are determined by the type of plant, while the AR and Efficiency are influenced by the type of sprinkler. The soil type determines the available water. That's all I got.

I find 'root depth' quite self-explanatory; it's the depth at which your plants' roots are buried in the soil.

🐦🐦🐦 The app already informed you about it; it's meant for the mature lawn. Those default values represent the standard measurements for mature plants.

What exactly is the CC for? please be simpler

makeithappen Imagine this: different plants are like different people. Some people might need more water, while others require less to grow healthy. The CC helps you understand just how much water different plants need. If a crop has a CC of 1, it means it requires a lot of water, whereas if it's 0, it signifies it needs very little water.
