The point of using one's computer, versus a cellphone, is a matter of ease. Many "love" the ease of a cellphone, whilst others enjoy the use of a large screen and keyboard. So, doe "we" want both - YES indeed we do.
As far as access - at present, it is FANTASTIC - one can control the system from anywhere (assuming the communication lines are functional, of course) - so it is important to continue this modality.
