I am installing my system for the first time. After adding the app and creating account, I am trying to add my controller. I see the controller (right MAC address) in my add. When I try to add it I am getting an error message, as follows:

“The QR Code belongs to a controller not a ET Master model”. CONFIRM

After I confirm it goes back to the previous step. The controller is not added. I’ve tried also to add it manually. I get the same error.

I was hoping this would be easier!!!
