I just got my fourth ImoLaza controller, but I’m stuck setting it up. I downloaded the app and registered an account fine, but when it asks for my home address, I can’t submit anything. There’s no "Next" button, no confirmation option, and the address auto-fill doesn’t pop up. Hitting "Enter" on the keyboard does nothing either.

This isn’t just about my specific address—I’ve tried random fake addresses too, same problem. The text box feels totally dead. No suggestions, no way to move forward. I can’t finish setting up the smart controller because of this.

I’m using a Google Pixel , and I’ve never had input issues like this in other apps. Anyone else run into this or know a fix?

Sorry to hear you are having that experience. I will work with the engineering team and have them look into this issue. For the short term, if this is an Android issue, if you have an iPhone you can try that out.

    Imolaza Hi, Thank you, I was able to find a workaround by logging into my account on my wife’s iPhone. Once she added our address and created our home on her app. I logged back into my Pixel app and was able to proceed with the rest of the setup.
