Not receiving alerts. Went to settings for events/alerts and there isn't one there. Help. I need it.

Kin Exactly, no event/alert option in there. But the post on the support website wants me to find it and turn on the notification. BTW, I'm on the latest app version, firmware version as well. Now how to proceed.
