Sure, here you go.
Power one controller with the AC adaptor, then grab two additional wires to get the two controllers connected.
-24VAC to -24VAC, +24VAC to +24VAC
Those two wires are used to power another unit.

But I got another question, I have two rain sensors that used to connect to the two controllers. One broken now, maybe it's possible that the two controller share this one rain sensor.

Bind two of the wires to the wire connected to the COM terminal of the rain sensor. Similarly, bind the other two wires to the wire connected to the S terminal of the rain sensor. Connect the wires bound to the COM terminal to the COM terminals of the two controllers, respectively. Connect the wires bound to the S terminal to the S terminals of the two controllers, respectively.
Am I clear?
